I think the Golden Nugget has one of the neatest waterslides I have ever seen at a hotel pool….

Have you tried Switch at the Encore? We went last time I was in Vegas and it was phenomenal! Great atmosphere, versatile menu, good service and the fare did NOT disappoint!
